RingOn Operational SMS Alerts
By enrolling, you will receive SMS messages from RingOn Service Corp covering the following operational categories:
- UPS power and battery alerts from monitored client sites
- Network device and switch outage alerts
- Microsoft Teams Phone and SBC service incidents
- Data-center facility alarms (temperature, power, environmental)
- Scheduled maintenance window confirmations
⚠Important — Enrollment is Voluntary
Your enrollment in RingOn's operational SMS alert program is ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY and is NOT A CONDITION of:
- Your employment with RingOn Service Corp.
- Any contracting or sub-contracting relationship
- Payment of wages, fees, or compensation
- On-call rotation assignment
- Access to any RingOn service, system, or facility
If you choose not to opt in, you will continue to receive operational alerts via email and the internal incident dashboard. There is no penalty, reduction in service, or change in employment status for declining or later opting out.
